Gym rules
A few simple rules to keep the gym safe and pleasant for everyone.
You accept these rules when you get your membership: online when you register, or by signing them at the front desk. They help us keep the gym safe, clean and pleasant for everyone.
Opening hours
- Monday–Friday: 10:00–22:00
- Saturday: 10:00–18:00
- Sunday: closed
Entering the gym
- You can enter the gym only with a valid membership. Check in at the front desk on every visit.
- A membership is personal and cannot be used by another person.
- Memberships with set hours are valid only during those hours.
- A membership with a fixed number of visits ends after the last visit or on its end date, whichever comes first.
Freezing your membership
- You can freeze an active membership, or one that has not started yet, for 1 to 366 days at the front desk. The end date moves by the number of frozen days.
- One-month memberships and expired memberships cannot be frozen.
- If the gym closes for a while, all active memberships and those that have not started yet are extended by the closed days.
Equipment and clothing
- Come in sports clothes and clean indoor shoes.
- Use a towel on benches and machines.
- After your exercise, put the weights, dumbbells and plates back.
- Use the machines only for what they are made for. If you are not sure how, ask a trainer.
- If a machine seems broken, do not use it and tell the front desk.
Safety and health
- Train within the limits of your health. If you have a health problem, talk to a doctor first.
- When lifting heavy weights, ask someone to spot you.
- If you get hurt or feel unwell, stop and tell the staff right away.
- Alcohol, drugs and smoking, including e-cigarettes, are not allowed in the gym.
Respect for others
- Be polite to other members and to the staff.
- When the gym is busy, do not stay on a machine for long between sets, and let others use it too.
- Listen to music with headphones.
- Film or photograph only yourself. Do not film other people without their consent.
- Only Impulse Fitness trainers may give paid personal training sessions in the gym.
Personal belongings
Do not leave valuables unattended. The gym is not responsible for items that are lost or left unattended.
Breaking the rules
The staff may ask you to follow the rules or to leave the gym. For serious or repeated breaches, the management may suspend your access to the gym.
