Information on the website
We update the prices, opening hours and equipment on the website often, but mistakes or delays can happen. The price of a membership is the one that applies on the day you buy it at the front desk. If you see a difference, ask us.
Your account
- You give us correct data and keep it up to date.
- Each person has one account, in their own name.
- You keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything done from your account.
- If you think someone else is using your account, change your password and tell us.
- We may suspend an account that is misused or that breaks these terms or the gym rules.
Memberships and payment
- You choose your membership on the website. You pay at the front desk, and the membership starts after payment.
- A membership is personal and cannot be passed on to another person.
- The length, number of visits, allowed hours and freeze rules are those in the price list and in the gym rules.
Health and training
The advice and workout plans on the website, including those made by the digital trainer, are general and do not replace advice from a doctor. If you have a health problem, talk to a doctor before you start. If you feel unwell during a workout, stop and tell the staff.
Website content
The texts, photos, logo and design of the website belong to Impulse Fitness. Do not copy them or use them for another purpose without our written permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep the website working correctly, but we cannot promise that it will have no interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for the content of external websites that our links lead to, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp or social networks. These terms do not limit the rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the change is important, we will tell you by email or in your account.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. We will first try to solve any disagreement by talking. If that does not work, it will be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
